CBS All Access has supplied us with a handful of new images from the first few episodes of their “The Twilight Zone” revival, which streams April 1, 2019.
The above image shows Jordan Peele as the new series narrator, and we’ve also got shots from the new take on the classic episode, Nightmare at 30,000 Feet. Adam Scott fills the role previously played by William Shatner in the original series and John Lithgow in the film. The episode premieres on April 1st.
There’s also new imagery from the Kumail Nanjiani-starring episode titled The Comedian (April 1), as well as Sanaa Lathan and Damson Idris in Replay, which streams April 11th.
“The Twilight Zone,” created and hosted by Rod Serling, ran as a series on CBS from 1959 to 1964. The show melded fantasy, science-fiction, and horror elements with Serling serving as the exec producer and writing or co-writing 92 of the show’s 156 episodes along with delivering monologues at the beginning and end of each episode.
