Moviehole shares an early logo design for The CW’s “The Lost Boys” series, which stars “Everything Sucks!” actor Rio Mangini as the new Sam (once played by the late Corey Haim in the 1987 feature film). The logo is pretty much the same as the original’s, although there’s a drip of blood coming off the “T”.
Catherine Hardwicke is directing the pilot episode, with a cast that also includes Sarah Hay, Cheyenne Haynes, Haley Tju, Tyler Posey, Kiele Sanchez, Medalion Rahimi and Dakota Shapiro. Haynes and Tju are the Frog Sisters, Liza and Cassie.
