The title of the ninth season of FX’s “American Horror Story” is “American Horror Story: 1984,“ a slasher-inspired season that’ll be paying tribute to our favorite 1980s horror movies.

We don’t know much about Season 9 at this time, but it has been confirmed by Ryan Murphy that Emma Roberts will be back, starring alongside Olympic medalist Gus Kenworthy.
Evan Peters will *not* be back for Season 9.
