He’s been cast in the title role of Leigh Whannell’s The Invisible Man and The Wrap reports today that “The Haunting of Hill House” actor Oliver Jackson-Cohen will also be starring in Netflix and Mike Flanagan‘s second season of the anthology series, “The Haunting of Bly Manor.” As we recently learned, “Hill House” actor Victoria Pedretti is also returning.
Jackson-Cohen played Luke Crain in “Hill House,” and will play a new character in “Bly Manor.” This time he will be playing Peter, “described simply as a charming fellow.”
“The Haunting of Bly Manor” is inspired by Henry James’ psychological gothic horror novella The Turn of the Screw, which takes place almost entirely in an old country mansion. There, two young orphans are looked after by a young governess by whom most of the story is narrated.
Pedretti will play the governess, Dani, who is looking after the two unique children.
