The always reliable Production Weekly is reporting that Netflix is targeting an October shoot for “Stranger Things 4”, which would likely make its way to the streaming service in winter 2020 or spring 2021. Netflix has yet to announce anything official, but it was pretty much a sure thing that the streaming service would be renewing the series for a fourth season.
Co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer are likely to direct a handful of episodes, as will series producer Shawn Levy, with most, if not all of the cast expected back.
There are no plot details yet, although “Stranger Things 3” did tease that Hawkins, Indiana is still anything but safe. There’s at least one Demogorgon still out there.
With the series already tackling Halloween and the 4th of July, when do you think the next season will take place?
Mike and Eleven did mention they’d see each other again during Christmas break…
