Filed under “horror adjacent”, USA Network released a trailer for “Dare Me”, a new drama that turns cheerleaders into soldiers, with blood, drama, broken noses, and, gulp, murder.
Described as Heathers meets Fight Club, “Dare Me” peers behind the all-American facade and dives into the cutthroat world of competitive high school cheerleading. The series stars Herizen Guardiola, Marlo Kelly and “Scream” series fav Willa Fitzgerald.
From Megan Abbott’s bestselling novel, the new series hits the USA Network December 29 at 10/9c.
