Adult Swim has assembled some of the biggest names in horror to voice characters for “JJ Villard’s Fairy Tales”, a new, twisted take on the classic Brothers Grimm fairy tales premiering May 10th on Sunday night at 12:15 AM.
The animated quarter-hour series features the voice talents of genre greats from The Exorcist‘s Linda Blair to Leprechaun‘s Warwick Davis, A Nightmare on Elm Street‘s Robert Englund, The Lost Boys‘ Corey Feldman, and even Bride of Chucky‘s Jennifer Tilly!
The charm and cuteness of the original stories like Cinderella and Snow White remain, but now they’ve been updated and packaged into a ball of raw, visceral, gross weirdness.
