Much the same way HBO is temporarily offering up “True Blood” for free streaming, AMC is now allowing *everyone* to stream the first half of the current tenth season of “The Walking Dead” with no subscription of any kind required. That’s the first eight episodes of the show’s tenth season, which aired between October 6th, 2019 and November 24th, 2019.
The war between our heroes and the evil Whisperers heats up in the first half of Season 10, with the eight episodes laying the groundwork for one hell of a second half.
The tenth season of “The Walking Dead” has overall been one of the show’s best seasons to date, highlighted by an incredible performance from Samantha Morton as Whisperers leader Alpha and a more zombie-heavy and horror-heavy focus that the villainous group has brought along with them. If you stopped watching a while ago, now’s the time to jump back on.
At the time of writing this article, the fifteenth episode of Season 10 is airing this Sunday night (April 5th), with the season finale delayed until later this year due to the coronavirus.
