Joining a handful of stars who made cameo appearances in the first season, Mark Hamill will be making an appearance in the second season of FX’s “What We Do in the Shadows”!

As revealed by Entertainment Weekly today, the Star Wars legend will be appearing in the episode “On the Run,” scheduled to air on FX on Wednesday night, May 13th, 2020.

Hamill will be playing an ancient vampire on the show, “a vengeful enemy from Laszlo’s (Matt Berry) past who appears without warning to settle a personal debt.”

The actor notes in a chat with EW that Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement’s What We Do in the Shadows is one of his favorite movies, and he’s a big time fan of the FX series as well.

Funny enough, Waititi is next directing his own Star Wars movie!

New episodes of “What We Do in the Shadows” air Wednesday nights at 10pm EST.
