Chucky Season 3: Part 2

“Chucky” Season 3: Part 1 wrapped up last night with another over-the-top Halloween episode that ended on killer cliffhanger. Fret not, Season 3: Part 2 is on the way, and a brand new teaser ensures that Chucky’s ready to hit the ground running in 2024, promising an epic bloodbath.

Warning, do not watch the teaser below until you’ve caught up on Part 1: massive bombshells and one epic cameo lies in wait for you once you have.

In Chucky’s unending thirst for power, Season 3 now sees Chucky ensconced with the most powerful family in the world — America’s First Family, inside the infamous walls of the White House. How did Chucky wind up here? What in God’s name does he want? And how can Jake, Devon, and Lexy possibly get to Chucky inside the world’s most secure building, all while balancing the pressures of romantic relationships and growing up?

You can read my review of Season 3: Part 1 for Bloody Disgusting right here. She writes, “Once again, ‘Chucky’ delivers excessive blood splatter and campy fun.”

The returning cast includes Brad DourifJennifer Tilly, and Devon Sawa, alongside Lara Jean Chorostecki, Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Arnarson, and Alyvia Alyn Lind.

Unlike previous seasons of Don Mancini’s hit television series, new episodes of “Chucky” will be streaming the next day on Peacock. Good news for all you cord cutters out there.

This series is produced by UCP and executive produced by creator Don Mancini, Nick Antosca, Alex Hedlund, David Kirschner and Jeff Renfroe.

If you can’t wait to see more from Chucky after that bombshell ending in Part 1, where it’s revealed that the killer Good Guy doll is finally aging out, prepare to eat your heart out with this insanely wild teaser for what’s ahead.  And can we talk about that Brad Dourif cameo?! It’s rare to see the man behind the voice on screen in this franchise.

Thanks teaser. Now we can’t wait until 2024 arrives.

From Skybound Comics and creators Chip Zdarsky and Ramón K Pérez, the horror comic book Stillwater is getting a small screen adaptation at Prime Video, Deadline reports.

Greg Berlanti (You, The Flight Attendant) and Carly Wray (Watchmen, Westworld) are leading the charge on the upcoming horror-drama series from Amazon MGM Studios.

Stillwater has received an eight-episode series order for Prime Video. The series comes from Warner Bros. Television, Berlanti Productions and Skybound Entertainment.

Deadline details, “Co-written by Berlanti and Wray, Stillwater is a mind-bending horror thriller that focuses on ex-con Daniel West. When Daniel receives a mysterious letter promising answers about his past and a substantial inheritance in the small town of Stillwater, he discovers a community where nothing ever ages, no one ever dies, and nobody ever gets out.”

“We’re thrilled to dive into Stillwater because it’s far beyond the usual immortality story,” Berlanti and Wray said in a statement shared by Deadline. “It’s a horror show about a community that has to decide what forever is worth, and what they’re willing to do to protect it. Chip Zdarsky & Ramón K Pérez created an extraordinary world that’s both terrifying and deeply human, and we’re so grateful to our partners at Amazon, WBTV, and Skybound for trusting us to bring such a beloved title to life. We couldn’t be more excited for fans, and everyone discovering this story for the first time, to meet Daniel West and all the eerie townsfolk lying in wait for him.”

Stillwater is a truly original series that blends horror, mystery, and psychological suspense into something entirely unexpected,” said Peter Friedlander, Head of Global Television, Amazon MGM Studios. “Greg Berlanti, Carly Wray, and the incredible teams at WBTV and Skybound have created a world unlike anything audiences have seen before—one that’s unsettling, emotionally rich, and impossible to look away from. We’re thrilled to bring this remarkable story to Prime Video audiences around the world.”
