Back in April, the WWE hosted the NXT TakeOver: Dallas, which saw the NXT team leave their usual home of Winter Park, Florida and travel to the Lone Star state to bring their signature high energy matches. The event was streamed on the WWE Network as part of the Wrestlemania 32 weekend and saw five matches that received near universal critical and fan acclaim.
One of the matches was Finn Bálor against Samoa Joe, which was a title match for the NXT Championship and saw Bálor hold onto the belt and take the record for the longest reigning champion. However, what made the event stand out for horror fans was his entrance, which was an homage to The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Bálor entered the arena with a chainsaw that he swung around wildly, mimicking the ending of the 1974 classic horror film.
Now, the upcoming wrestling game WWE 2K17 has revealed that this entrance will be included in the game. A video of the entrance can be seen below. It should be noted that the heartbeats and light flashes don’t sync, which apparently was a glitch and is being fixed.
