Even though they’re barely games, Telltale’s “The Walking Dead” series carries intoxicating and engaging storytelling that make the games more like interactive mini-movies. Ahead of the tonight’s San Diego Comic-Con, Telltale has officially announced that the fourth season will arrive in 2018 and be the final season.
A teaser trailer released today revealed that season four will once again follow Clementine.
“The Walking Dead” debuted in late 2012 and was a critical hit. Since the original season, Telltale released a second season that ran through 2014 as well as a third season called “A New Frontier” that concluded earlier this year.
A standalone episode called “The 400 Days” was also released in 2013, as well as a spinoff miniseries focused on Michonne last year.
