AMC and Finnish games developer Next Games have today announced The Walking Dead: Our World, an upcoming augmented reality mobile game that essentially looks to be the horror world’s answer to Pokemon Go.
The Walking Dead: Our World will be available for iPhone and iPad, as well as Android devices worldwide. The launch date will be announced soon.
“Based on the hit AMC series, the first-of-its-kind location-based AR mobile game, allows players to fight walkers on the streets, in the park, on their sofa, wherever and whenever they want. You won’t need to face the apocalypse alone; Rick, Daryl, Michonne and all your favorite characters from AMC’s The Walking Dead will fight by your side.”
