Out today is Next Games and AMC’s Augmented Reality game The Walking Dead: Our World. Available to download “in 153 countries globally” for absolutely free for either Android and iPhone, the game will have you fighting zombie hoards alongisde heroes from The Walking Dead TV series, including Daryl, Michonne and Rick (for now?).
Using AR technology and Google Maps, The Walking Dead: Our World allows you to fight zombie hoards solo, or compete in weekly missions alongside friends, such as rescuing survivors and bringing them to safe locations. You can also play the game wherever or whenever with “couch play” options.
