Sadly, the death of Telltale Games means that even the final season of their long-running “The Walking Dead” video game franchise is coming to an end without a proper conclusion, with Episode 2 releasing this week and the subsequent two episodes reportedly being canned in the wake of the company laying off most of its employees due to financial troubles.
Melissa Hutchinson, who has voiced main character Clementine since the beginning of the series back in 2012, just released her own statement over on Twitter.
“To my knowledge, they will release Episode 2 and then that will be it,” Hutchinson writes. “It hurts me that you, the fans, will not get to see Clem’s journey through to the end.”
