So, about The Walking Dead: The Final Season…
The saga, as they say, continues. Yesterday, Telltale pulled the first two episodes of this last season from all digital stores with the explanation of a “temporary pause of sales”, referring to the company’s Twitter page for more info. Well, that info hasn’t shown up.
Instead, in responding to a story by Polygon, Telltale have stated the following: “Yes, we have removed season passes for The Walking Dead: The Final Season from stores for the time being. We’re currently still working to find a way to hand off production of episodes 3 and 4 so that the season can be completed. The outcome of those efforts will determine when and how The Final Season returns to stores. We hope to have a firm announcement before the end of the week.”
In other words, we’ll have to wait until tomorrow for this whole thing to be resolved. If indeed that happens.
