If you’re like me, and you thought that while Frogwares’ upcoming Cthulhu mythos game The Sinking City looked cool but the animation in the early trailers was kind of lacking, then the latest trailer should put to rest some of your concerns.
In this new trailer, the team shows off “before and after” footage of improved animations of protagonist Charles W. Reed walking and running, as well as more mocap footage of enemy and NPC animations. And seeing as this is a Lovecraft-inspired game, we get some weird hallucination moments thrown in.
The Sinking City is due for release March 21st, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
