Last year, Tripwire Interactive hosted a “Krampus Christmas” with their December update for zombie-slaying game Killing Floor 2, and this holiday season they’re back with “Season’s Beatings,” a December 2018 event that features voice work from Gary Busey!
Busey will be starring as playable character “Badass Santa” in the upcoming Twisted Christmas: Season’s Beatings update. Scheduled to launch in early December, the update is one of Tripwire’s biggest events to date with new maps and weapons; Busey also voiced the Trader in the update, which will be free for all players during the Christmas themed event.
The Christmas-themed event’s key features include:
- New Badass Santa Playable Character and Trader voiced by Gary Busey
- New Map: Santa’s Workshop
- New Map: Shopping Spree
- Four New Weapons: Thompson – SWAT / Commando, Krampus Battle Axe – Berserker, M32 Grenade Launcher – Demolitionist, Fire Axe – Berserker
- The Return of Christmas Seasonal Zeds
- Road Redemption Exclusive Weapon: The Road Redeemer
