UPDATE: It seems that the ESRB have updated their rating for the original Catherine to include the PC.
With a remastered version of Atlus’ Catherine hitting Japan later this year for PlayStation 4 and the Vita, Western gamers might not have to wait long to get in on the fun.
On the Steam page for Bayonetta, Sega have added a sly picture of a sheep. Now from the outside, this would appear that Sega’s messing with fans. However, Sega have used the Steam page for Bayonetta before to tease the release of the PC version of Vanquish. Multiple times, actually. Plus, seeing as Atlus (the developer of Catherine) is owned by Sega, and Sega has been wanting to bring more of its titles to PC, it starts to make sense.
The question is whether we’ll be getting the original version of Catherine, or the remaster in Catherine: Full Body. Last year, an Australian rating was discovered for a multiplatform version of Catherine Classic, so until Sega actually comes out and clarifies things, we can only dream.
And solve tower puzzles as we do it.
Catherine: Full Body releases in Japan on February 14th.
