While the last few trailers for Mortal Kombat 11 have showcased the gore, the latest one, shown on PlayStation’s State of Play video today, got a bit goofy and nostalgic in a nice change of pace. There was still plenty of gore though.
The trailer sees ’90s versions of the Mortal Kombat roster interacting with their modern selves. This includes Klassic Lui Kang, Raiden, Kano, Sonya Blade, and Johnny Cage (complete with famous groin punch).
We’ll get to experience this clash of eras when Mortal Kombat 11 releases on PS4, Xbox One, pc, and Nintendo Switch next month.
