‘SIGIL’ Delayed Yet Again, Creator John Romero Talks ‘DOOM’ and Satanists
Okay, the bad news is that Romero’s spiritual successor to Ultimate DOOM, SIGIL, has been delayed once again. It seems that Limited Run Games have been having trouble getting all of the goodies for the physical release completed. There’s light at the end of the tunnel, however, so it won’t be long.
However, while we wait for the eventual LAN parties, John Romero made an appearance on the Black Mass Appeal podcast to talk about, what else, DOOM. Specifically, Romero chats about that fateful (or ill-fated) D&D campaign that inspired the legendary shooter, as well as the uproar that resulted from those concerned parents about the game’s Satanic imagery.
No revised release date for SIGIL has been announced, but it won’t be long now.

‘Little Nightmares III’ DLC “The Backstage” Releases June 12 [Trailer]
During the Future Games Show, Bandai Namco and Supermassive have announced the first DLC for Little Nightmares III in “The Backstage”. Featuring new puzzles and challenges, this additional content will take players to the darkest part of the Carnevale, where they’ll meet a new character and face new perils. You won’t have to wait long to get it, either, as Little Nightmares III – The Backstage DLC will release on June 12.
In this new adventure, Low will meet Dime, a new child who wears a torch hat, which turns out to be a very helpful tool for finding their way in what lies beneath the curtains of The Carnevale. The two children will have to face new threats and use their light to find a way to save Alone from the hands of the Puppeteer.
In the original game, players meet Low and Alone, who are trapped within the Spiral, a cluster of disturbing places. The two will have to work together to survive in a dangerous world full of delusions. As they scamper and shelter on their journey to escape the grasp of an even greater threat, their senses may also lead them astray into the shadows.
Little Nightmares III is currently available for PC via Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
