As was stated when the release dates were announced, Quantic Dream have released the demo for the PC version of Heavy Rain. The 45-minute demo lets you play through two chapters in the game’s first act. In the demo you’ll control two characters on the killer’s trail: FBI profiler Norman Jayden and Scott Shelby, a private investigator hired by the victims’ families.
The demo also gives you the chance to see the game running in 4K and at 60fps. Both of Quantic’s other former PlayStation 3 exclusives, Beyond: Two Souls and Detroit: Become Human, will also be receiving demos prior to their release. Beyond: Two Souls‘ demo will be available on June 27.
Heavy Rain will hit the Epic Games Store on June 24, while Beyond: Two Souls will release on July 22. Detroit: Become Human is expected in the fall, but doesn’t yet have a release date for the demo or the full game.
