The clip in question seems to be an extension of the sequence where the Death Stranding is hunting Sam in the forest. Only this time, he’s face to face with a boss that’s comprised of the black liquid. Accompanied by a much more rock-oriented soundtrack, the clip is pretty drastic in its shift in tone.
