More user inventiveness with Media Molecule’s Dreams? Why not!
YouTube user Funk 97 has been pretty busy with the game creation system. Their latest creation recreates the famous scene found in Stanley Kubrick’s classic, The Shining, where Danny encounters the Grady Twins in exquisite detail.
Sadly, possibly due to the fact that it’d possibly get a copyright strike (because YouTube), the clip doesn’t use any of the music/dialogue from the film. However, the timing of the scene is pretty spot on that you could sync it up with the same clip for the full effect.
Funk 97 has also done a recreation of another Kubrick classic in Dreams with A Clockwork Orange, as well as the Silent Hill-inspired “Silent”. The latter is more surreal than Konami’s classic, but is definitely disturbing in its own right.
