If JP’s joyous review of Devolver Digital’s My Friend Pedro didn’t convince you to grab a copy, then how about the news that the game has sold over 250,000 units in just one week?
Announced on their official Twitter, Devolver Digital has every reason to be celebrating the mark. Considering that the game has only been released (so far) to PC and the Nintendo Switch, that figure is nothing to sneeze at for an indie title.
My Friend Pedro from @deadtoast_com has sold 250,000 units in its first week and we’re celebrating with a charming Behind the Schemes video!https://t.co/wBCrV8ayMu pic.twitter.com/aT5ryTo4Lv

To celebrate, Devolver have released a making-of video entitled “Behind the Schemes”, where JT from Devolver talks to Victor Agren from DeadToast Entertainment who developed My Friend Pedro. In amongst the info, we get the usual Devolver Digital hijinks (including salted licorice candy).
You can snag My Friend Pedro for a 15% discount on Steam or GOG.com right now, or head to the Nintendo eShop.
