Physical Version of ‘No Man’s Sky: Beyond’ to Release Next Month For PS4
Hello Games has announced that they’ll be releasing a physical version of No Man’s Sky: Beyond for PlayStation 4 on September 10 in North America and September 11 in Europe. The devs made the announcement on PlayStation Blog.
“Launched last week, Beyond is our largest and in some ways most important update. It massively expands multiplayer and increases the capacity for social interactions in a major way. On top of this the whole game is now playable in fully realised VR.
It also delivers a whole load of new features, large and small, which come together with the two other pillars to form what we call No Man’s Sky version 2.0.
Beyond is our attempt to bring all of the strands of No Man’s Sky into a more cohesive whole and to fill in the detail so that, no matter your play style, no matter whether you’re a newcomer or veteran, it is an instantly accessible world and one that makes sense.
It seems only fitting that we should bundle up all of these three years of updates, re-master the game, and re-issue it on a shiny new disc.”
No Man’s Sky: Beyond is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Closed Network Test for Switch 2-Exclusive Souls-Like ‘The Duskbloods’ Coming This Summer [Trailer]
During the recent Nintendo Direct, FromSoftware announced that they will host a closed network test later this summer for their upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive PvPvE multiplayer action game The Duskbloods. The announcement was accompanied by a new trailer, which shows off more of the game’s gothic setting.
FromSoftware again kept the cards close to their chest in regards to the exact date for the network test, as well as details about The Duskbloods, which sees up to eight players battling amongst themselves until one is left standing. Players take on the role as a member of the “Bloodsworn,” a group that has “gone beyond humanity” thanks to special blood. Their goal is to become the “First Blood.”
As human society reaches an end, First Blood flows in an event known as the ‘Twilight of Humanity.’ The Bloodsworn are summoned to the Twilight of Humanity across a variety of different times and places in a bid to obtain First Blood.
For those who aren’t into the PvP aspect, The Duskbloods director Hidetaka Miyazaki stated last year in an interview that those with single-player gameplay in mind can still enjoy the game. “I personally am not much of a PvP person, and I wanted to make something that’s satisfying even for players like me. While the goal of a match is to obtain First Blood, there are personal objectives that provide separate rewards to the player as well, so I hope these add to the fun of each engagement.”
The Duskbloods is currently slated to launch later this year for the Switch 2.
Meanwhile, also announced during the Nintendo Direct, From Software’s Switch 2 port of Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition will be arriving August 28.
