SNK’s revival of Samurai Shodown has had a Japanese release date for the Nintendo Switch for a while now, and now so does North America. The bloody one-on-one fighter will arrive during Q1 of 2020, and if you pre-order now, you’ll be getting a sweet bonus: the Neo-Geo Pocket version of Samurai Shodown 2!
No word yet on any other region release date, or if the Switch version will incorporate the released crop of DLC fighters.
Samurai Shodown is currently available for Google Stadia, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version will arrive later this year, while Japanese Switch users get their copy on December 12.
