In spite of its flaws, Sony’s Days Gone not only snagged awards and accolades last year, it also managed to be one of the top digital titles for the North American PlayStation Store. The open-world zombie game rounded out the top 10 titles of 2019, which Sony detailed on PlayStation Blog. Other genre games making the NA list include World War Z, Mortal Kombat 11, God of War, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Borderlands 3 and The Forest.
Meanwhile, the only genre game to make the top 10 for the EU PS4 charts was Endnight Games’ The Forest. The rest of the chart included Red Dead Redemption 2 and the Resident Evil 2 remake. Sony also detailed the NA and EU charts for PS VR Games, DLC and expansions, and Free-to-play games.
Not surprisingly, Fortnite crushed the both EU and NA charts for DLC and expansions, showing up in every spot. Five Nights at Freddy’s VR: Help Wanted made the list for the NA chart for PS VR Games, while Until Dawn: Rush of Blood and Arizona Sunshine made the EU chart.
