‘The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters’ Heading to Steam on January 28th

Published

on

After dabbling in Early Access for a few months, Devespresso Games and publishers Headup and WhisperGames have announced that The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters will launch via Steam on January 28. Official release dates for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch versions have yet to be announced.

Those who purchased the game in Early Access buyers will receive a free “Survival Guide / Art Book” and a copy of the game’s soundtrack. While The Coma 2‘s save data will reset at launch, it does allow for the game’s final launch updates, which includes new plots and other content that wasn’t available during Early Access.

The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters is an atmospheric, story-driven game centering on Mina Park, a student of Sehwa High. After waking one night in her school, Mina finds that her once-familiar school where she spends her evenings studying has become twisted by something dark and sinister. She also finds herself pursued by someone or something that looks eerily like her teacher. To survive, Mina must venture beyond the boundaries of her school and into the surrounding district.

Get a Taste of the Action-Packed Terror in the Demo for FPS Shooter ‘BLIGHTEN’ [Trailer]

Published

on

For those itching for some throwback first-person shooter action, Blight Software has just had a demo released for their upcoming FPS BLIGHTEN. The demo sees you and your squad selected to eliminate the last rebels in the eastern wastes, only to have your slaughtered, and you trapped in a decaying research facility. And you’re not alone.

You’ll explore every room of the facility for resources and weapons in an effort to stay alive. Luckily, you’ll have an extensive arsenal of various firearms at your disposal, from shotguns to assault rifles.

You’ll need them in order to take down the various blight-ridden mutated horrors throughout the mega structure. As one would expect, you’ll need to scrounge for parts and ammo, so make every shot count.

Similar to what players experienced in the early PlayStation classic Alien Trilogy, BLIGHTEN sports hand-drawn enemy sprites and animation in a 3D retro world, creating a unique and dynamic atmosphere while still scratching that throwback itch.

It’s all wrapped up in a dark narrative, where an unseen evil lurks in the shadows of the facility, shaping the horrors around you as you descend deeper into the facility. As you navigate this industrial nightmare, every Blightened creature slain is a grim reminder to what you’ve lost — and the things you’re fighting for.

Look for BLIGHTEN later this year on Steam.
