‘Dying Light 2’ Delayed From Spring Release
In another sign that the upcoming next generation of consoles has devs rethinking the current gen for their current projects, Techland has announced that their upcoming open-world zombie shooter Dying Light 2 has been delayed from its Spring 2020 release.
In a message posted on Twitter, the team states that they “need more development time” to realize their vision of the game, which was announced back at E3 2018. No new release date has been announced.
Given that Techland has expressed their desire to release Dying Light 2 on next-gen consoles, the delay is potentially for this reason.
Dying Light 2 is scheduled for release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, as well as the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Psychological Horror Title ‘FEED IT’ Launches August 17 on Steam
After the reveal back in May, Italian developer Games On A Chair has announced that their PSX-styled psychological horror title FEED IT will launch on Steam on August 17th.
“We’ve been pouring so much blood and sweat into this game, and we cannot wait to get it into the player’s hands,” says the devteam in the press release. “It comes from a deeply personal place, and we sincerely hope it will resonate just as deeply with people. That’s our ultimate goal as artists, designers and creators.”
Inspired by psychological horror classics like Silent Hill and Mouthwashing, FEED IT introduces a unique twist to the formula to the genre. Instead of actively fighting against the monster, you are locked in a symbiotic relationship with it – do as you’re told… or feel its wrath. But your own needs cannot be ignored, and your choices will have consequences. Do you feed yourself, regaining enough strength to escape, or do you try to sate your guest’s hunger?
Designed as a short-form replayable experience, FEED IT leverages exploration and minimal interactions to get you acquainted with the world around you. As you scour maze-like locations in search of food, FEED IT invites you to make sense of a disturbing experience as it changes around you. Where the hell are you? Who are you? Who’s knocking at the door? And is there a way to leave and get yourself to safety?
