Announced at the end of February, the next entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology with Little Hope didn’t have a release date attached to its reveal. But according to a German retailer, we could be seeing the game this June.
Spotted by a Reddit user, the German retailer Saturn has posted a listing for Little Hope, with the release date of June 15. Not only that, but the title now has some box art to go with its name, along with a synopsis of the game itself.
Roughly translated, Little Hope follows the story of four college students and their teacher trapped in a haunting village called Little Hope. Similar to the previous game, Man of Medan, your mission is to help as many members of your team survive the scary visions and nightmarish creatures stalking you in the village. Shared Story mode will be available once again, allowing you to play Little Hope in online co-op mode while collaborating with your friend to survive. Moreover, the five-player local co-op mode “Movie Night” will be back as well, which can be played with only one controller.
Neither Supermassive Games or Bandai Namco have commented on the leak yet. Little Hope will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
