Treyarch really want you to get back to playing Zombie Mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. So much so, that from now until January 21st, you can play the mode for free. Not only that, but Treyarch has announced that Zombie Mode will be getting a new map called “Firebase Z” next month!

The free week includes the regular zombie survival map, along with a new mode called Cranked. For PlayStation 4 or 5 players, you can also try the PlayStation-exclusive Onslaught zombie mode. As an added bonus, players will receive Double Weapon XP starting this weekend.

As for Firebase Z, that’s all part of the Season One content for the game, and it’s free. The story goes that with the destruction of the WWII-era “Projekt Endstation” site after investigating the otherworldly Dark Aether anomaly in Poland, Requiem now sets its focus on the latest Dark Aether outbreak site: Outpost 25, known by the code name “Firebase Z.”

You can find out more about the upcoming season content by visiting Treyarch’s website. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and the Xbox Series.
