Upcoming Horror Title ‘Etched Memories’ Has You Playing as a Cat

Published

on

A horror game where you’re a cat, you say?

Well, that’s what you’re getting with From Scratch Studios’ Etched Memories, which has a free demo available for you to try on Steam for the upcoming title.

Touted on the Steam page as “a first-person and third-person indie, horror, and cat simulation game”, you are Biscuit, a tabby cat who wakes up one night to discover that his mom is gone. Obviously, you’ve got to search for her, and all the while you’ll be uncovering your past as a research subject.

Along the way, you’ll spend your time sifting through items and documents to learn about the events that got you into this predicament, as well as unlock new gameplay mechanics.

No release date has been announced for the full game, but the devs are eager to hear from those who play the demo.
