[Video] Final ‘Mundaun’ Development Diary Released
March 16th isn’t too far away for fans looking to get into Hidden Fields’ Mundaun, and to cap things off before the game’s release, the developer has released the final development diary for the upcoming title.
This entry once again has Hidden Fields’ sole developer Michel Ziegler diving into the locales that inspired the upcoming folklore-inspired horror title. In this case, Ziegler recounts the legend of the Devil’s Bridge, and how it inspired events that the player will have to brave and face themselves as they explore.
In addition, Hidden Fields announced that the Nintendo Switch version of Mundaun will be released in April, so as to allow for the devs to ensure that “every facet of Mundaun’s vibrant hand-penciled world is properly brought to life” on the console.
The story for Mundaun concerns your grandfather’s mysterious death in a fire. Travelling to Mundaun for the first time since childhood, you discover something ancient is haunting the inhabitants. In order to get to the bottom of this, you must make your way up Mundaun mountain.
