Sci-Fi Viking Horror Title ‘Apsulov: End of Gods’ Headed to Consoles This Summer

Published

Developer Angry Demon Studio has announced that their “future Viking horror” title Apsulov: End of Gods will be headed to consoles this summer, courtesy of publisher Digerati. The title will be released digitally for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and the Nintendo Switch. Physical editions of the game will be released for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 by Perp Games, which include a downloadable soundtrack and art book.

Originally released on Steam back in 2019, Apsulov is based on Norse mythology with a melding of sci-fi. Taking place in an alternate future, humans have unearthed something that was best left in the ground. Not on Midgard, nor any of Yggdrasil’s realms. As Alice, the player finds themselves in a facility built to research the worlds of Yggdrasil, and must now survive the lurking dangers of a world of technology and mythological artifacts, where chaos rules over the human realm.
