‘Ghostrunner’ Arrives on PS5 And Xbox Series Physically And Digitally This September

With the physical version of Ghostrunner headed to the Nintendo Switch later this month, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series owners won’t have to wait too long for theirs. 505 Games and developers One More Level, 3D Realms, and Slipgate Ironworks have announced that the physical and digital versions for PS5 and Xbox Series will arrive on September 28.

As is often the case, existing PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners of Ghostrunner will be receiving the current-gen upgrade free of charge. The PS5 and Xbox Series versions will sport HDR, ray-tracing, 3D audio, 4K resolution, 120 fps, and decreased loading times. The PlayStation 5 version will also have haptic feedback via the DualSense wireless controller.

“PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions of Ghostrunner include all modes added since launch, including the time-attack style Kill Run Mode and intuitive Photo Mode,” 505 Games stated in a press release. “One More Level will continue to expand the title even further throughout the year, with the recently-announced roguelike Wave Mode and more accessible Assist Mode coming later this summer.”

Ghostrunner is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on SteamGOG, and the Epic Games Store.

The full release of V Rising is coming up quick. And just in case the upcoming Castlevania crossover wasn’t enough, Stunlock has released a new gameplay trailer showing off the new Ruins of Mortium endgame zone for V Rising.

Once the heart of the powerful Vampire civilization, the Ruins of Mortium now lies in ruins, teeming with the cult-like remnants of Dracula’s forces. Players will encounter the Draculin, creatures tainted by Dracula’s influence, and face off against his Vampire Generals. The ultimate challenge awaits as players journey into the depths of Mortium to confront Dracula himself. While battling through his forces and disrupting dark rituals intent on reviving the ancient Vampire king, players will uncover ancient powers and prepare for the ultimate showdown against the tyrant himself.

Ruins of Mortium is just one piece of the new content for V Rising when it launches in full. Here’s a rundown of what to expect:
