Available for $9.99 USD on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Valley of the Zeke delivers a new premium campaign episode set in Arizona, featuring three brand-new maps and four new playable survivors.

The new campaign episode for the DLC introduces three original maps set in the heart of the American Southwest: Arizona. Players will choose between four new survivors in order to guide their caravan to safety across the desert and through the remnants of the devastated urban strongholds. In addition, players can also buy two new paid DLC skin packs starting today for $4.99 USD each in the Pre-Apocalypse Character Skins Pack and the Burning Skulls Weapons Skin Pack.

Owners of the original World War Z on PlayStation and Xbox can also purchase the “Valley of the Zeke” premium campaign episode DLC, as well as the “Pre-Apocalypse Character Skins Pack” and “Burning Skulls Weapons Skin Pack” DLC.

For those who are holding off on the premium stuff, World War Z: Aftermath also has a free update that includes several pieces of free content for all owners, including those who have the World War Z:

  • Introducing the De50 Heavy Pistol secondary weapon, a large-caliber firearm packing a ton of destructive power.
  • Unleash an array of thrilling mutators for wildly new experiences in Challenge Mode and Challenge Horde Mode! Transform the battlefield by arming auto-turrets with explosive ammo, call your inner cowboy and make everyone wield repeating rifles and revolvers, and more!
  • The Rome XL map is now available in Challenge Horde Mode, offering a dynamic environment to navigate and conquer.

Upcoming “Unholy Alliance” Update for ‘Cult of the Lamb’ Adds Local Co-op and More [Teaser]

Published

on

Cult of the Lamb players will be getting more free goodies later this summer with the Unholy Alliance update. Coming August 12, the update introduces a brand new playable character in the Goat, which coincides with the game allowing local co-op.

With the Unholy Alliance update, the entire Cult of the Lamb campaign will be playable in local co-op. Players will also be able to enjoy special 2-player versions of existing mini-games, such as Fishing and Knucklebones, as well as choose from a selection of weapons, tarot cards, curses, and corrupted relics as your cooperative crusades progress.

The Lamb and Goat can also swap weapons, deal extra damage when fighting back to back, and even deliver a critical hit when their attacks are in sync. Good news for those who prefer to stay alone in their corner: they will be able to benefit from various new powers.

In addition to the addition of cooperative play, the Unholy Alliance expansion adds several tarot cards, relics, buildings, fleeces, character traits and quests, as well as the addition of new secrets to discover.

More information on the update will be released as the launch date creeps closer. Cult of The Lamb is available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.
