Behaviour Potentially Teasing New Killer For ‘Dead by Daylight’ in “Found Footage” Video? [Watch]

Published

With Alan Wake already running around in Dead by Daylight, and the time-limited “Lights Out” event wrapping up earlier this week, Behaviour Interactive are already cooking up hype for what’s next. The developer has released a new teaser video in a “found footage” format that appears to tease a potential new Killer for Dead by Daylight.

Behaviour Interactive took to X earlier today and posted the following video, which echoes one of the more notable scenes from The Blair Witch Project, with the character whispering that someone is pacing around their tent. A cut in the footage then shows the flap being slowly unzipped before whatever it is outside of the tent rushes through and attacks the person. We get a few glimpses of whatever it is that’s attacking the occupant, but it’s frustratingly distorted.

Needless to say, this looks to be an original Killer for Dead by Daylight, and not a crossover from another franchise. As for when we’ll be getting more info on this Killer, we’ll sadly have to wait. However, Behaviour did tease the upcoming in-game event for March with a different image last week, but there’s a chance that the two are related.

Dead by Daylight, as well as Tome 18: Revision, which includes Alan Wake, is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, the Epic Games Store and the Windows Store.

Upcoming “Unholy Alliance” Update for ‘Cult of the Lamb’ Adds Local Co-op and More [Teaser]

Published

Cult of the Lamb players will be getting more free goodies later this summer with the Unholy Alliance update. Coming August 12, the update introduces a brand new playable character in the Goat, which coincides with the game allowing local co-op.

With the Unholy Alliance update, the entire Cult of the Lamb campaign will be playable in local co-op. Players will also be able to enjoy special 2-player versions of existing mini-games, such as Fishing and Knucklebones, as well as choose from a selection of weapons, tarot cards, curses, and corrupted relics as your cooperative crusades progress.

The Lamb and Goat can also swap weapons, deal extra damage when fighting back to back, and even deliver a critical hit when their attacks are in sync. Good news for those who prefer to stay alone in their corner: they will be able to benefit from various new powers.

In addition to the addition of cooperative play, the Unholy Alliance expansion adds several tarot cards, relics, buildings, fleeces, character traits and quests, as well as the addition of new secrets to discover.

More information on the update will be released as the launch date creeps closer. Cult of The Lamb is available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch.
