‘Elden Ring Nightreign’ Receives New Trailers Ahead of Friday Launch [Watch]

Published

on

With Elden Ring Nightreign set to launch tomorrow, Bandai Namco and From Software have dropped the customary launch trailer for the co-op focused soulslike. In addition, a new character trailer for the Executor Nightfarer was also recently released, showing off the condemned warrior and his cursed katana.

And if that’s not enough, for those feeling like they need a dose of mid-2000s nostalgia, another trailer has been released that makes use of Evanescence‘s “Bring Me to Life”.

Elden Ring Nightreign is set in a universe parallel to the events of Elden Ring, and will thrust players into co-op multiplayer PvE combat against a harsh and unforgiving world. Teaming up in squads of three – or daring to go solo – they must outlast a three day-and-night cycle, making split decisions about combat and exploration across a changing map to become strong enough to take down terrifying bosses at the end of each day.

Elden Ring Nightreign will launch on May 30 for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series and the Xbox One. A live-action adaptation of the original Elden Ring, directed and written by Alex Garland, is also in the works from A24.
