Pre-Orders Now Open for ‘Resident Evil Requiem’ [Video]
Resident Evil fans can now hit the ground running, as Capcom has made pre-orders available for Resident Evil Requiem for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch 2. And of course, it just wouldn’t be any old pre-orders, as Capcom several editions available, along with the reveal of a Requiem Switch 2 Pro Controller and more.
For starters, all pre-orders for Requiem will come with Grace’s “Apocalypse” costume as a pre-order bonus. Players can choose from the Standard, Deluxe and Steelbook editions, with the Deluxe edition featuring the same base game as the Standard edition, plus the following:
- A copy of the game (game-key card on Switch 2)
- Five costumes including “Grace’s Costume: Dimitrescu”
- Two filters including “Filter: Apocalypse”
- Four weapon skins including “S&S M232 Weapon Skin: Apocalypse”
- Two charms including “Charm: Mr. Raccoon”
- “Audio Pack: Raccoon City Classic”
- “Files: Letters from 1998”
The Steelbook edition will include everything from the Deluxe Edition, as well as a limited edition lenticular card.


Switch 2 fans will get some extra love in the form of the Resident Evil Generation Pack, a special pack featuring physical editions of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard Gold Edition, Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, and Resident Evil Requiem.

That’s not all, as a Resident Evil Requiem-themed Switch 2 Pro Controller will launch day and date with the game on February 27, 2026. Still not enough? How about Grace Ashcroft becoming Resident Evil‘s first-ever amiibo? You’ll be able to get her in summer 2026.
The goodies don’t stop with Nintendo. When you purchase Resident Evil Requiem through the Epic Games Store, players will receive special Fortnite items such as the Grace outfit after the game launches. More information is still to come.
And speaking of info, there will be a Resident Evil Showcase will be held in early 2026, which will provide fans with a deeper dive into the upcoming game.
Still want more? Capcom has also released a new “Road to Requiem” video, hosted by Lady Dimitrescu herself, Maggie Robertson. The video provides an in-depth look back at the Resident Evil franchise, diving into the characters, terrors, and details that have all led up to this latest installment, beginning with the 1998 Raccoon City Incident.
Resident Evil Requiem comes home on February 27, 2026.

Souls-like ‘Blasphemous’ Receiving New Physical Limited ‘Martyrs’ Edition’ for PS4, Switch
The Game Kitchen is celebrating their 2D Souls-like Blasphemous reaching 5 million in sales in a big way. Publisher Team 17, together with astragon Entertainment, have announced a new premium physical edition for PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch in Blasphemous: Martyrs’ Edition. Pre-orders for the Martyrs’ Edition are now live via the Team 17 website.
Launching on October 30, the Blasphemous: Martyrs’ Edition delivers the complete Blasphemous experience. Alongside the base game with all released content included on-disc/cartridge, the edition features a 48-page Visual Compendium showcasing previously unreleased artwork, a premium poster featuring an all-new key visual, a developer letter, a game manual, and a digital soundtrack with 38 tracks.
Developed by The Game Kitchen and originally released back in 2019, Blasphemous (read our review) is a brutal action-platformer set in the nightmarish land of Cvstodia, combining challenging hack-and-slash combat, exploration, stunning pixel art and a deeply atmospheric gothic world. Players take on the role of The Penitent One, battling fearsome enemies and towering bosses in a quest to break the endless cycle of death and rebirth.
In addition to being available for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, you can also grab Blasphemous on the Xbox One, and PC via Steam and GOG.
