First Gameplay Trailer for ‘Stupid Never Dies’ Unleashes Funky Zombie Mayhem [Watch]
Eager to see more of Stupid Never Dies after its reveal during The Game Awards 2025? Developer GPTRACK50 has granted your wish with a the game’s first gameplay trailer, revealed during yesterday’s Future Game Show. The newly released gameplay trailer highlights the game’s core systems and action elements, many of which are being shown for the first time.
The trailer also introduces Dr. Frank, who supports Davy, as well as Julia, who appears in a frozen state, offering a glimpse into Davy’s motivation to set Julia free.
In the aftermath of the Great War, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction and monsters rule the land. At the bottom rung of this society is Davy, a lowly zombie scraping by in a deserted shopping mall. One day, he discovers the human girl Julia frozen to death in a freezer…and falls in love at first sight. Motivated by his newfound crush, Davy finds his purpose in undeath: to bring Julia back to life, then ask her out.
In a freak snack-cident, Davy then steals a meal that grants him strange and powerful new abilities. Spurred into action by the eccentric Dr. Frank, who dreams of restoring humanity, and supported by a cast of shady yet endearing allies, Davy sets out for the monster-filled dungeon with his new powers.
Stupid Never Dies will head to Steam and PlayStation 5 later this year.

‘System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary’ Now Available on the Nintendo Switch 2; Free Upgrade Available
Nightdive Studios has given Nintendo Switch 2 fans some love when it comes to System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary. Previously released for the original Switch, players can now grab the Switch 2 version from the Nintendo eShop. Or, if you already own the Switch version, you can grab the Switch 2 version as a free upgrade! There’s even a 40% discount on now until June 23.
Initially launching for PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, and Humble Store on last June, System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster eventually made it to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Switch the next month. The Switch 2 version of the game offers enhanced resolution, higher fram rate, and support for mouse control.
Set 42 years after the events of the first game, it’s the year 2114. As you awake from cryo sleep on the FTL ship Von Braun, you are unable to remember who or where you are… and something has gone terribly wrong. Hybrid mutants and deadly robots roam the halls while the cries from the remaining crew reverberate through the cold hull of the ship.
