Treat Your Patients and Make Them Smile (Or Else) in Horror Surgery Sim ‘Smile More’

All of a sudden, there seems to be a crop of horror-tinged surgery sims. With Shark Dentist coming along, and already-released titles like Angel Engine, The Mortuary Assistant, and Autopsy Simulator, you can add one more in Pixel Poxet’s Smile More. Best of all, you can grab it for free on Steam.

Smile More casts you as a “fixer-upper” for the Ministry of Happiness & Peace. It’s up to you to get the citizens of [REDACTED] back in government-approved shape and ready to work. You’ll be fixing their broken limbs, closing up their wounds, removing any unsavory marks, and most importantly, making them smile. That last point is the important one. No matter how much they beg.

For starters, take a look at the patient’s file. All you need to know will be there. Inspect their body for defects, then fix them up. You have plenty of tools at your disposal in order to do so. Once you’ve done that, don’t forget to make them smile! You’ll need to use the pins on the pincushion in order to do that one.

But don’t forget: Any Rebellion Symbolism must be removed immediately. Do not interact with the patient unless it is to discard and, if anything is requested of you by the patient, don’t follow it. Any and all directions come from the Ministry only.
