Crystal Dynamics is teaming up again with co-developer PlayEveryWare to deliver physical editions for Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered, which was released digitally earlier this year. Pre-orders are open now at major retailers for both the Standard and Deluxe Editions for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and the Nintendo Switch, with the game arriving on November 13.
Both editions will be distributed by Plaion. The physical Deluxe Edition of Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered includes a physical copy of the Deluxe Edition of the game (which features the base game, a digital comic book reader with three classic comics, and a demo of the unreleased sixth game in the series: Legacy of Kain: The Dark Prophecy), plus a SteelBook, the official soundtrack on a physical CD, and an art book containing over 80 pages of sketches, concept art, models, and more.
Available now digitally on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, Legacy of Kain: Defiance Remastered is the definitive version of the dark fantasy adventure, originally released back in 2003 for the PlayStation 2, original Xbox and Windows.
