IllFonic and Gun Interactive have followed up the initial reveal of the first DLC for Halloween: The Game with a new look at the Halloween 5 map. Specifically, the devteam has released a new video revealing the Tower Farm map.
Located on the outskirts of Haddonfield, the Tower Farm “hosts a passionate group of farmers who spend their days tending to their fields and preparing for the next harvest.” Compared to the quiet and cozy Haddonfield Town Center, Tower Farm serves as the perfect rustic getaway.
As the seasons change, the farmers prepare their produce and get ready for the annual harvest festival. Corn and pumpkins are staple crops in these parts, and supply a huge source of food for Haddonfield and the neighboring towns. To celebrate Fall’s arrival and the upcoming Halloween festivities, Tower Farm hosts a seasonal celebration for the whole community. Families travel far and wide to carve pumpkins, listen to live music, and maybe even grab a rustic souvenir. Attending the harvest festival at Tower Farm is a wholesome rite of passage for the citizens of Haddonfield.
While nothing beats the sunset view at Tower Farm, the sprawling fields that surround the area can be quite eerie come nightfall. Some locals even claim to see shadowy figures moving amongst the corn stalks. Between the farmhouses, historic barns packed with farming tools, surrounding fields, and irrigation structures placed at the intersection of several weathered county roads, there are plenty of places for visitors to explore. And for the ill-prepared, even more opportunities for a face-to-face encounter with the Boogeyman.
Next to Tower Farm lies an established trailer park where many employees and locals wind down after a hard day’s work. With an on-site laundromat and even a convenience store perfect for late-night snacks, this trailer park has plenty of worthwhile amenities.
In addition to the Tower Farm map, players can expect new versions of The Shape with the version of Michael from Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers and the version of Michael from Halloween 2018. IllFonic will also be introducing two new Civilians, a very special Halloween costume pack, and more in this first DLC, which will arrive on October 27.
Halloween: The Game is available digitally on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. You can also pick up the physical version of the game on PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series.
