EA Teases ‘Dead Space’ Collab in new ‘Battlefield’ Trailer [Watch]

Electronic Arts hasn’t forgotten about Dead Space (again). In fact, for Battlefield 6 fans, you’ll be getting a glimpse of Isaac very soon, thanks to the new season that kicks off next week. Battlefield 6 is hosting a limited-time Dead Space Halloween crossover event which runs from October 20 to November 7, with players being able to grab a bunch of cosmetics.

The crossover was teased earlier this week, with The Marker from Dead Space showing up at the end of the Season 5 Las Vegas gameplay trailer. The story goes that Pax Armata will be pursuing secret tech hidden beneath Area 51 in the event, which just so happens to be decked out in assets taken from the 2023 Dead Space remake.

“Battlefield 6 is now one year old and what an incredible journey it’s been, from our Top Gun collaboration, which coincided with the return of Naval Warfare, to the launch of some of the most exhilarating maps in Battlefield history,” Battlefield Studios general manager Patrick Klaus said.

“And we’re just getting started, with Season 5 set to be the biggest yet. This has been an unforgettable year and we can’t thank players enough. We’re ending 2026 with a bang with three maps set in and around Las Vegas, a new way to experience REDSEC, as well as delivering on some of our community’s most requested features, with the introduction of Platoons and Server Browser. There’s never been a better time to play Battlefield.”

Battlefield 6 is available on PC, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series. Meanwhile, Motive EA’s remake can be found on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series.
