CRITICAL REFLEX was busy at The MIX Fall Game Showcase, announcing updates to three of their upcoming titles, including BananaDevJeff’s atmospheric horror title Grobnopolis | Last Days, which has just had its demo released. First up is a new trailer for Forest Reges’ cooking roguelike SATED. While there’s still no release date yet for the game on Steam, the demo will launch “soon”. In the meantime, you can check out the latest trailer, which shows off more gameplay.
SATED sees you descend into a dripping megastructure to cook increasingly grotesque delicacies for ever-hungrier monsters. Besides your wit, keen eye, and intuition, you’ll be making use of your carriage, which provides you with some “advanced” tools. Inspect the clues, take photos of everything important, compile a case file and dial your overseer once you have a strong theory.
Lastly, the demo for Grobnopolis | Last Days is finally here, allowing players to check out the first two chapters of the game. Once again, for those who’ve already checked out BananaDevJeff’s the original Funeralopolis on itch.io, there are some new things to check out with the demo.
