World Premiering at the Midnight Madness portion of the Toronto International Film Festival is the Spanish horror [REC] 4: Apocalypse, which now has an official trailer, although there are no English-subs. The scope looks tremendous as Angela looks to kill the horde once and for all. Bizarrely, when the ship is overtaken by the infected, i reminds me of the final battle in the new “BioShock” game. Anyone agree? It’s pretty cool!
Out of Spain, “Angela Vidal wakes up in a high-security quarantine facility, sole survivor and witness to the horrific events inside the building. But does she remember what happened to her? Is she carrying a virus? Distrust spreads through the isolated facility while new, even more deadly forms of evil spread even faster.”
We’re assuming Magnet Releasing will acquire again, so hopefully it arrives soon after the Halloween release in Spain.
