‘The Quiet Hour’ Trailer Looks to the Sky In Terror

It was reported back in February that Vision Films has picked up worldwide sales rights on Stephanie Joalland’s sci-fi thriller The Quiet Hour, starring Dakota Blue Richards (The Golden Compass) and Karl Davis (“Game of Thrones”).

The pic “takes place in a post-apocalyptic England, where a determined teenage girl must protect her younger brother and defend her parents’ farm in a world occupied by alien invaders.

We now have the official trailer for the flick produced by Sean McConville of U.K.-based Frenzy Films who is also developing Black Sky, a low-budget sci-fi horror, and The Car, a supernatural horror in the vein of Let the Right One and The Grudge.

The trailer is such a bore as it looks like all of the alien invasion stuff is completely separate from the story of the humans fighting each other for survival. It sort of reminds me of Skyline, which was blech.

Thanks to Fabien M., again.
