After having its World Premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, the post-apocalyptic blood-fest Turbo Kid, helmed by Anouk Whissell, Francois Simard and Yoann-Karl Whissell, will be arriving in limited theaters and on VOD platforms August 28th.
From Epic Pictures, Bloody Disgusting has the following exclusive clip that brings the battle into a drained pool.
“In a post-apocalyptic future, The Kid, an orphaned outcast, meets a mysterious girl. They become friends until Zeus, the sadistic leader of the Wasteland, kidnaps her. The Kid must face his fears, and journey to rid the Wasteland of evil and save the girl.”
It stars Munro Chambers, Laurence Leboeuf, Michael Ironside, Aaron Jeffery, and Edwin Wright.
