So, I don’t know if I ever told you all this but I used to be obsessed with the Gremlins. I had a little Gizmo plush that I took with me everywhere and if it got left behind I would cry and holler until I was blue in the face. Worked like a charm.
Even with my love of the two films, I can’t deny that the 1990 sequel Gremlins 2: The New Batch felt like it had about ten pots of double brewed coffee and just went crazy with ideas. And that’s basically the premise of comedian duo Key & Peele’s sketch on how the original brainstorming session for the sequel went.
I’d tell you more but I highly recommend you just head down and watch it for a good laugh!
